Dave Cuomo

Dave Cuomo leads the Customer Support and Customer Training at Digitalis, bringing over two decades of experience in science education and public engagement. He began his career in 2003 at the Denver Museum of Nature and Science, where he inspired audiences of all ages through hands-on demonstrations and live planetarium shows using tools like Starry Night Pro and Uniview.

In 2014, Dave moved to Seattle to lead the Willard Smith Planetarium at the Pacific Science Center, where he oversaw six live shows daily. He developed and presented original programs on a range of topics including Chinese astronomy, planetary science, the physics of light, and climate change, using the Nightshade visualization software.

Dave has a particular passion for Mars exploration and enjoys connecting its history to the scientific method. He is a JPL Solar System Ambassador and has held leadership roles in both planetarium and gallery programming.
